ITINERARY

DAY 1

  • At 08:30 h, transfer from the airport or your hotel to the port, accommodation in your cabin and sail the waters of the mighty Amazon. The lunch will be on the terrace. In the afternoon, you will reach Quebrada Tamshiyacu where you will take a walking Tour or excursion by launch boats to enjoy your first contact with the rainforest.
  • Dinner and rest near the river.

DAY 2

  • After breakfast, the journey continues to the community of Canaan through the Tahuayo River. During the sailing it will observe the daily activities of the inhabitants. The lunch will be aboard. You can participate of the fishing at sunset.
  • Dinner and rest aboard.

DAY 3

  • After breakfast, there will be a stop in Panguana to see the traditional wooden river ships. If the conditions of the climate are good it will be possible to do a walking tour for the rainforest. The lunch will be served aboard during the sailing towards Iquitos and with some luck it will be possible to observe the pink dolphins besides the confluence of the rivers Amazon and Itaya. The expected arrival at Iquitos is at 15:00 hours.
  • Transfer to the airport or to your hotel.

Do not wait a travel partner. Only a few people dare to leave the comfort zone but remember the real rewards are abroad.
