Know the highest navigable lake of the world (12506 ft.); visit the different islands, such as Taquile, Amantani or the floating ones, Uros. Observe the Chullpas de Sillustani which are very close to the beautifull Umayo lagoon. Get involved with the living culture of the local communities, such as Luquina, Taquile, Amantani among others and share with them the experience of staying in their traditional houses. We also offer tours less touristy but highly recommended for who looking for a different experience and unforgettable.

ITINERARY

DAY 1

  • At 07:30 h, departure to the floating islands of Uros where we will stay for one hour to observe the local customs and traditions of the inhabitants. After it, we will continue to Amantani Island where we will stay with the local families in their houses for one day. We will have lunch with the villagers and in the afternoon we will ascend to the mountain or ceremonial center “Pachatata”, it is located at the top of the mountain from where there is an amazing view of the lake besides it will be possible to observe a beautiful sunset.
  • After dinner, we will share pleasant moments, listening and dancing folk music with the inhabitants to then rest in their houses.

DAY 2

  • At 07:00 h, we will have breakfast with the inhabitants. After, they will lead us to the port to continue the visit to the next island. Taquile, a traditional island where the inhabitants make beautiful woolen fabrics besides from any site of this island, the view of Titicaca Lake is really amazing.
  • After lunch, we will return to Puno city.
  • Transfer to the hotel or the terminal.

Do not wait a travel partner. Only a few people dare to leave the comfort zone but remember the real rewards are abroad.
