ITINERARY

DAY 1

  • At 08:30 h, departure to Maras salt mines where the salt exploitation is as old as the Tahuantinsuyo; you can participate of the salt collection. After it, you will visit Moray archeological site. It consists of several enormous terraced circular depressions that the locals call “Muyus”. It is said that it was an Inca agricultural experiment station.
  • At 14:30 h, return to Cusco city.
